The next major release of Ubuntu is coming. The alpha 3 of ubuntu 11.10 already out. The wallpaper competetions are on. You can check the flickr pool for candidates.
28 wallpapers are shortlisted. Of which a dozen or so will be included Ubuntu 11.10 by default. They have been revealed online.
The coming ubuntu 11.10 wallpapers are awesome. There are also lot of great ones may be out of the competetion. But you can download them from flickr and make your personal collection for ubuntu 11.10 series.

hi, i'm now using ubuntu 11.10 0neiric desktop distro, but i don't see this images on my default wallpaper gallery!
